This one was sent in by long-time reader Larry Mitchell. It took me a while to get it in because I was trying to identify the activity. It turned out to be the day the fish were being netted out of the canal from the headgates (just east of the Westfield Bridge) and the temporary dam around Broadway Street. The fish were temporarily stunned by a weak electrical current, netted out, then relocated to the river.
