The Kite Realty apartment/retail project construction is well underway on the east end of the Glendale property at 62nd and Keystone Avenue [II33 on map]. The first floor framing is in place on the west side of Rural Avenue, in the old Macy's parking lot. The east side of Rural is not that far along yet.
