In the Treasurers Report, I think your "day", "dog," and "P.d." are abbreviations of "Day Peddlers License." I couldn't find your "Kell" anywhere, it eluded me.
Also, it's a moot point, but as a geologist I know boulders are 10 inches (256mm) in size, hardly large enough to crush a car? But in your defense, boulders are officially described as 256mm or more.
