Costumes, candy, dancing, live music, local art, shopping and plenty of Halloween spirit are coming to Broad Ripple Village during Love, Broad Ripple's Spooktacular Third Thursday, happening Thursday, October 15, from 6 to 9 p.m.

This all-ages evening invites friends, families and neighbors to dress up, explore the Village and celebrate the season while supporting the local businesses that make Broad Ripple one of Indianapolis' most vibrant destinations.

Nearly 50 Broad Ripple businesses will stay open late for the festivities, with businesses throughout the Village offering specials and unique experiences throughout the evening.

Several participating businesses will also host trick-or-treat stops, with costumes encouraged for kids and grown-ups alike.

One of the evening's highlights will be Dance Walk Indy, making its way through Broad Ripple Village and inviting everyone to join the fun. This all-ages, judgment-free zone is a collaboration with Find Fun Indy and We Walk Indy, combining a walk through the neighborhood with plenty of music, movement and Halloween spirit. Participants are encouraged to come dressed in costume and dance-walk their way through the Village.

Throughout the evening, visitors can wander Broad Ripple's streets, pop into local shops, restaurants and other businesses, enjoy special offers, discover musicians and artists, and experience the Village in a festive new way.

Broad Ripple Spooktacular is part of Love, Broad Ripple's Third Thursday series, a monthly celebration designed to bring the community together and showcase the locally owned businesses, artists, musicians and experiences that give Broad Ripple Village its distinctive character.

Third Thursdays, presented by Love, Broad Ripple, run monthly through October and were created to strengthen community connections while supporting local merchants, artists, and musicians. The series has quickly become a beloved neighborhood tradition, inviting residents and visitors alike to experience, explore, and enjoy everything Broad Ripple Village has to offer.
