Samantha Minich manages and owns the She Shop Fitness Studio that is located at 713 East 52nd Street. She recently described the different fitness types of programs they offer. "We have yoga (Sculpture, Yen and Vinyasa), dance and high-intensity cardio and also a boot camp class that includes strength training and weight lifting. She Shop Fitness is a women-focused fitness studio designed to build strength, confidence, and community. Our mission is to create a safe and welcoming space where women can move their bodies, make meaningful connections, and feel empowered at every stage of their fitness journey. We keep accessibility at the heart of everything we do - offering flexible membership options, student discounts, class packs, and unlimited memberships so that every woman has the opportunity to join," she explained.

"I chose this location as I live in this community two blocks away and felt that this area lacked this style of fitness studio. I loved the accessibility to the community and walking distance to many people!" she mentioned.
Their fitness class times are scheduled throughout the day. "We have about four to five classes per class per day with two classes that take place by 8 a.m. in the morning with some mid-afternoon times and our evening classes end by 7:30 p.m.," Ms. Minich said. "The most rewarding thing about my work is helping women build confidence in moving their bodies into the fitness world, creating friendship with them and establishes ties with local community. We are also partnering with Hubbard & Cravens where we offer iced and hot coffee after our classes," she added.
One doesn't have to stretch their budget as the She Shop is currently offering five days of unlimited fitness classes for $30.

"Our studio offers four to six lasses per day seven days per week across five unique class styles to keep your workouts fun, balanced, and effective," Ms. Minich emphasized. They include:
- Sweat Sesh HIIT - high-intensity cardio training for energy and endurance
- PowHER Pilates - mat-based Pilates to strengthen and tone
- Dance Cardio - upbeat, movement-based cardio for a fun sweat
- Yoga - with styles including Yin, Sculpt, Slow Flow, and Vinyasa to restore, strengthen, and align
- She Strength Bootcamp - strength-focused training designed to build power and resilience
