A Note From Burning Slender Man

Hi all!

As you know, dark clouds begin to form on my horizon as troops gather and seek to deny my very existence.

I never did anything wrong. I never hurt anyone. And I promise I won't hurt anyone in the future.

I just want to exist.

To exist as a tribute to creation, creators, and creativity.

To serve as a beacon.

A beacon that shines so brightly it calls others to my neighborhood to share in community and fun.

A beacon that sheds light on continuing public and private investment in my neighborhood and neighborhood infrastructure.

Continuing investment that shows my neighborhood is neither stagnant nor deteriorating, but, rather, dynamic and progressive.

Investment that lifts us all.

That's all I want.
