This is a photo of the first house being built in the Warfleigh neighborhood (bounded by College-canal-White River-Kessler).
The caption reads "FIRST HOUSE built in Warfleigh: still standing (1985), location one block West of College Avenue on North-East corner of Broadway and 65th(?)"
The photo is not dated, but it is likely around 1910.
