The ad for Panyard House Antiques ran in 1987. Lee Panyard had the antiques shop at 6507 Ferguson Street. That building was razed in 2005. After Panyard House Antiques, Frank's Fiddle Shop and later Frank's Violins was at the old house.

An extra piece of history that only I know! The typesetting for this ad was done by The Continental Press, a letterpress print shop with antique type and a hand-fed press. I know this because your editor was the proprietor of the Continental Press during my high school and college days.
