While the Indianapolis city planners and the Broad Ripple Village Association are working together on the new "Broad Ripple Avenue" with new roads and sidewalks, etc., I think that it would behoove the city to permanently fix the street in the first block of Carrollton Avenue south of Broad Ripple Avenue, just before the Post Office, in front of the Alley Cat Lounge! This large, giant pothole appears every couple of months! Throw a patch on it, it comes back. Another patch, it comes back! This has been going on for several years now. I'm not saying that this axle busting, rim shattering pothole is deep, but my dog got lost in it!
