There was one item on the agenda, in bold below.

6108 Carvel Avenue (Monon Court Project) - Brett Davis, Design Project Manager at Buckingham, appearing with a design update on the Monon Court project at 6108 Carvel Avenue.
This presentation was for information only. No vote was needed.
This project to raze the apartments on the northeast corner of the 61st Street and Monon Trail intersection [K6 on map] and build a new apartment building with parking underneath was approved last year. Recently, AES Indiana (old IPL) instructed the developer that a 10 foot easement along Carvel Avenue was required for possible future utility placement. This request came after all building plans were completed. The developer redesigned the building to push the Carvel side 10 feet to the west. That change resulted in a loss of parking spaces in the underground lot, so, to facilitate construction loan approval, a second underground parking floor was added.
