The Indianapolis Bar Association will be offering free wills and advance directive clinics this fall for individuals whose income levels are at or below 250% Federal Poverty Guidelines. After reviewing the financial guidelines if you believe you qualify, please complete this online application. Once submitted, a representative will review your application and contact you regarding next steps. The physical creation of the documents takes roughly one hour and you must be able to attend in person on either November 2 or November 9 for the execution of your final documents.
