Color for a chance to flip the switch for the Circle of Lights

Get creative with your family this holiday season. Children ages 3 - 12 are invited to participate in the IPL Coloring Contest.
Five finalists will be selected and the grand prize winner will "flip the switch" for the Downtown Indy, Inc. Circle of Lights presented by IBEW 481. This year the Friday, Nov. 27 celebration will be a made-for-TV event broadcast exclusively on WTHR Channel 13 at 7 p.m. (There is NOT an event on Monument Circle.)
Each of the five finalists will receive $529 deposited into a College Choice 529 Direct Savings Plan. Good luck & enter today!
