I am curious why your paper does not ever state the real issues regarding a proposed Zoning case.
In this particular case you fail to mention that the Metazoa People are asking for a Variance of the required 22+ parking space required for such a development to be changed to Zero. - so that basically all of the Customers that go to this location will be forced to park in Neighboring Property Owners parking spaces.
This is unacceptable!!! Even though you claim to not be a Journalist your prosper by pumping out one-sided cr@# paper.
I am calling you out on this. Also we the neighbors have not even yet receives the required notification of the Proposed Change.
Just Saying......We will be there!!
