Random Rippling - Sap to Syrup event at Holliday Park

The annual Sap to Syrup event was held on February 24th, 2018, at Holliday Park. There were 80 attendees (sold out!) learning about the maple syrup process and enjoying maple sundaes.

Sheila yoked up a participant so he could experience an early method of transporting the sap from the trees to the kettle for reduction.
