Art Center open house set for August 7

The Indianapolis Art Center's annual open house will be Friday August 7, 2015, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. .

Be an artist for the evening at the Indianapolis Art Center's Open House. The Art Center's studios will be open for free demonstrations and art activities for all ages. They will also debut brand new exhibitions by faculty, Student Show winners, and Tim Compton, the Skip McKinney Faculty of the Year Fellow. Plus, plenty of food, drinks, and community - all for free. Don't miss this opportunity to enjoy art, entertainment and special discounts on classes.

Symphony outdoor cocert at Holliday Park July 16

Every Thursday, Holliday Park is partnering with Indy Food Truck Alliance to bring 4 - 5 food trucks to the park from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. Trucks will be parked on the service drive between the playground and the Nature Center. Visit www.hollidaypark.org for a list of which trucks will be on-site each week.
