2 for Fall

Below are 2 poems I wrote in November 2007. The first one is a haiku.

①

crumbly leaves dangling
at the end of fall's branches
slight breeze gives them flight

②

most leaves have turned
some have stayed green
the fallen ones
have left a soft
and somewhat crunchy
path beneath my feet
before the green ones
color and fall
to tread upon
later this Fall
