A general loosening can be helpful. It is easy to get hemmed in by habits. The same recapitulates the same. Rigidity sets in. Magic ceases.

A capricious roll of the dice may be in order.

Letting It Roll

the journey

has taken me

to and fro

in head

and in soul

but still here

at times hard

to roll

but still here

breathing it in

trying to gain

patience

but that is

hard to

control

let it roll
