Here are some of the 50 wines being poured FREELY at the event and available for purchase at wholesale plus 10% prices. That profit goes to Ronald Mc Donald House. Santa Margherita Prosecco, Ceretto "Blange" Langhe Arneis, Ca'Marcanda Promis, Ceretto "Asij" Barbaresco, Dievole Brocatto, Volpaia Chianti Classico Reserva, and Borgo Magredo Prosecco.
What's on the menu? The Conrad Hotel Chef Michelle Matiya offers a bounty of bliss for the foodies.
White glove butler passed: Traditional Tomato Bruschetta & Boursin Cheese Stuffed Artichoke Hearts.
Antipasto Display: Dry aged prosciutto, spiced pepperoni, cappicolla marinated artichokes, tarragon pitted olives, manchego cheese, balsamic grilled red and yellow peppers, portabella mushrooms, eggplant, chevere goat cheese, smoked provolone, basil tossed cigliegini; served with grissini and assorted flat breads.
Toasted Focaccia Station: Italian sausage, roasted garlic, roma tomatoes, fresh pesto, marinara and fresh mozzarella.
Salad Station: Traditional Caesar Salad, hearts of romaine, grated parmesan, baguette croutons, tossed in chef Michelle's Caesar Dressing, Caprese Salad with red and yellow tomatoes.
Silver Chaffing Dishes: Rosemary and oregano braised country pork shoulder, meyer lemon glazed chicken with truffle risotto, shrimp penne in a parmesan cream sauce, ratatouille, garlic sticks.
Dessert Station: Pastry Chef de parties selection of miniature Italian pastries, Italian crème cake squares, tiramisu cups, biscotti and spumoni cake, chocolate fountain and gelato.
