On Saturday, July 11, 2009, about 60 Mars Hill Charity Riders (www.charityriders.com) biked around Indianapolis to raise funds for the Blind Children's Foundation (www.blindchildrensfoundation.org). The Mars Hill Charity Riders (established ten years ago with 17 riders and now at over 180 members) has a single mission: To gather together with some of the best people on the face of this earth for fun and friendship and to "help someone" along the way. Over the years the group has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for charity. This year the group raised money for the Blind Children's Foundation, a philanthropic foundation that financially supports the unique work of the Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired.
