2007-UV2-033 2436, 2438, 2610, 2614 and 2620 East 78th Street and 7745 Renaissance Bay (Approximate Addresses), Sun Sheil Properties II, by Brian J. Tuohy Request(s): VARIANCE OF USE AND DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS of Dwelling Districts Zoning Ordinance to provide for a temporary, 1,152-square foot modular sales office (not permitted), with a six-foot fence within the required front yard along East 78th Street and Temple Avenue (maximum 3.5- foot tall fence permitted), with an approximately 7,250-square foot gravel parking area with a zero-foot front setback from the existing right-of-way of East 78th Street until August of 2008.
