The Gazette recently found Chef Prosper teaching a cooking class at the newly opened Zest!, which is located in the 54th and Monon Shops. Prosper was teaching the Three Musketeers class that we described in volume 3 number 9. You remember - basil, cilantro, and parsley. Part two of his article is still to come.
