They are on the topic of rest.

it seems easy
to be critical
but wreaks havoc
on the peace

within
lies infinite potential
for goodness
            or greatness
and that
becomes active
from a deep
            abiding
                  peace

for a deep slumber
a stirring inside
creates a flurry
of electrical activity
the emergence of creativity
meaningful convergences
coming together
to harmonize
and groove

it is a good thing
to learn to rest
