Love, Broad Ripple Invites Indianapolis to Experience "Harvest & Harmony" at September Third Thursday
posted: Sept. 10, 2026

Friends, neighbors, and visitors are invited to welcome fall in Broad Ripple during Love, Broad Ripple's "Harvest & Harmony" Third Thursday on Thursday, September 17, 2026, from 6 to 9 p.m.
Inspired by the colors, flavors, and spirit of the season, the event will feature more than 40 Broad Ripple businesses offering extended shopping hours, exclusive specials, fall-inspired cocktails, and unique experiences. Guests can explore seasonal décor, discover a new favorite destination, or revisit a longtime neighborhood staple while enjoying the festive atmosphere that makes Broad Ripple one of Indianapolis' most beloved neighborhoods. Throughout the evening, the streets of Broad Ripple Village will come alive with live music from talented musicians performing at locations across the neighborhood.
At Winthrop Avenue and Westfield Boulevard, the Corner Lot Market will once again transform into a vibrant community gathering space. Sixteen local artists and makers will showcase handcrafted artwork, jewelry, textiles, home goods, and more. Visitors can meet the artists, support local creatives, and discover one-of-a-kind pieces made in Central Indiana. The market will also once again collect donated items to support flood relief victims in the Broad Ripple area.
Local artists Megan Jefferson and Lindsey Canull will lead the season's final community paint-by-number experience featuring Jefferson's original Broad Ripple-inspired design. Known for her expressive paintings and Flower Alley murals, Jefferson launched the series earlier this summer. Canull, the artist behind Riverview Press and Love, Broad Ripple's creative director, contributes artwork and design throughout the neighborhood and leads the Corner Lot Market's monthly Kids Zone.
Accompanied by live music from the Bashiri Asad Trio, presented in collaboration with the Indy Jazz Fest, Jefferson and Canull will invite guests of all ages to pick up a brush, choose a color, and leave their mark on the original artwork. No art experience is necessary.
Once complete, the artwork will be permanently installed in Broad Ripple Village. The community art installation series was made possible through the generous support of a Penrod Society grant.
Presented by Love, Broad Ripple, Third Thursdays take place monthly through October. The series was created to strengthen community connections while supporting local merchants, artists, and musicians. It has quickly become a beloved neighborhood tradition, inviting residents and visitors to experience, explore, and enjoy all that Broad Ripple Village has to offer.
