As part of the 50th reunion for the Class of 1975, there was a tour of the old Broad Ripple High School (BRHS) building that is now Broad Ripple Middle School (BRMS), 1115 Broad Ripple Avenue [H9 on
map].
The tour of the school started in the Mini-Auditorium
BRMS Principal Jeremy Baugh greeted the Class of 1975
Vintage BRHS artifacts were on display...
...including one featuring your editor as co-writer/director of the 1976 Ripples Act Godfather Part III (this was before there was a REAL part 3 movie in 1990)
Principal Baugh introduced the middle school ambassadors that will lead the tours
The Class of 2000 presented a check to the school to help pay for the annual Washington DC trip.
After the generosity of the Class of 2000 was seen, hands started going up throughout the auditorium with $20 bills to add to the cause!
The reunion attendees broke into groups for the tours

We got to visit the old BRHS planetarium
And the library to see the original boy's gym jump circle
The middle-schoolers were a bit surprised when the alumni came in to the cafeteria and started the BRHS Chant - Rip-ple Rock-ets [clap clap clap clap clap] Rip-ple Rock-ets [clap clap clap clap clap]
