The Indy Chamber recently announced that Emily Koschnick has been appointed Vice President of Membership Sales, where she will lead regional growth of the Chamber's membership portfolio and partnerships with small and mid-sized businesses across Central Indiana.
Koschnick joins the Chamber with a deep track record in civic leadership and communications. She has most recently served as Executive Director of the Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee (GIPC) since 2022, collaborating with public- and private-sector leaders to advance key city initiatives. Prior to GIPC, she was Director of Public Relations at Porch Light Public Relations, Deputy Communications Director for the City of Indianapolis, and spent more than eight years in local broadcast news as an executive producer at FOX59. Koschnick is a graduate of St. Joseph's College.
"Emily is a connector and a changemaker," said Matt Mindrum, President & CEO of the Indy Chamber. "She knows how to build coalitions, deliver outcomes, and champion the businesses that power our region. As we pursue our mission to accelerate the Indy region's economy for all, Emily's mix of civic leadership, communications acumen, and private-sector experience will help us bring even more employers into the fold and deliver more value to our members."
In her new role, Koschnick will oversee strategy and execution for membership growth, retention, and engagement across the Chamber's portfolio.
