Random Rippling - Casba Closes

Casba, underground at 6319 Guilford Avenue [G5 on map], has closed.
The history is confusing for The Casbah lounge. It appears to have been opened by Parthenon (ground level 6319) owner Mustafa Abu-Rumman around 1984-1986.
In 2006 The Parthenon became Usual Suspects and in 2016, The Vanguard. The Casba remained through it all.
The earliest reference, in local papers, to The Casba, missing the final H, is 2000. An article mentions that DJ Russell "Rusty Redenbacher" Johnson was DJing there Sunday nights.
