Random Rippling - Versa Hard Hat Tour

Gershman Partners, the development company, and Milhaus, the construction company, invited the BRVA Land Use and Development committee (and your editor) on a hard hat tour of the Versa Project currently under construction on the old Kroger site at 6220 Guilford Street [I4 on map]. Leasing will start in 2025.
The construction office is across the street in the old 3 Sisters restaurant house.
