June Land Use and Development Meeting

The June Broad Ripple Village Association (BRVA) Land Use and Development Meeting had only one item on the agenda.
6511 Ferguson Street (Create Art Studio) - Alissa and Aaron Moody, proprietors of Creative Art Studio, are seeking support for their recent application for a Beer & Wine Retailer license. Case #: RR4941412; Hearing Date: July 1, 2024
The committee voted to support this request. The license approval happens downtown at the City-County Building by the Alcohol Beverage Board.
There was no July 2024 meeting.
The next public meeting of the committee is scheduled for Tuesday, August 27, 2022, at 6pm, at Northminster Presbyterian Church.
