Random Historic Photo - Fletcher Trust
posted: May 09, 2024
This photo is from November 1949. My grandmother Helen Dawson Hague took it of the remodeling at Fletcher Trust, 706 E. 63rd Street (Broad Ripple Avenue), where she worked for years.
It was originally in the ground floor of Mustard Hall, 6235 Guilford Avenue, where Brick House Dueling Pianos is today.
Fletcher Trust at Mustard Hall was originally Broad Ripple State Bank. Fletcher Trust became American Fletcher National Bank, then Bank One, then Chase.
Fletcher Trust remodeling. To the left is the Broad Ripple Shell building. To the right are homes on Broad Ripple Avenue that were converted to businesses. In 1949 it was Broad Ripple Beauty Salon and Dependable Cleaners
