The 2024 Beepball Bonanza Tournament will be held on June 1 and 2, 2024, at North Central High School.

We are looking to fill the following volunteer positions to keep this tradition going:

• Friday - May 31st
  • set up day at North central High School. Meet at Opti park 9:30 am to help load equipment to head to North central High school. Need SUV's trucks.
  • 9:30 am - set up at North Central, tents, chairs, help with lying 4 soccer fields
  • 4 pm - 7 pm 2 to 4 volunteers to help set up the main tent at North Central High School ask for Tom/Damien. Signs will lead you back to the Beepball fields
• Saturday - June 1
  • Help set fields for play. 7 am - 8:15 am
  • Base Monitors are needed for the games. 8:30 am, 11 am, 2 pm
  • Help with lunch - Noon to 1:30 pm
  • Help with field clean to prepare for Sunday games 4 pm - 5 pm
  • Need someone to pick up the Outback Steakhouse dinner 5:15/5:30 pm at the Crawfordsville Road location in Avon, ask for Ryan Stewart. Take food to Opti Park 780 E. 66th Street
• Sunday - June 2
  • Help with field set up 6:30 am - 8 am
  • Base monitors 8 am - 11 am
  • Field tear down 11:30 am - 3 pm help with 4 fields
  • SUV's trucks needed to take equipment back to the shed at Opti Park, 780 E. 66th Street.
