WHERE: Your
local Orangetheory Fitness studio
WHEN: Donation classes will take place on February 17, 18 and 19. Check the Orangetheory mobile app or call your local studio for your February donation class date.
MORE: Heart disease and stroke are the No. 1 and No. 5 causes of death in the United States. According to the American Heart Association, eating a nutritious diet low in added salt, exercising for at least 150 minutes every week and managing blood pressure can reduce risk of heart disease and stroke. The goal of programs such as Life is Why™ is to bring health awareness and resources to community members so we can all lead longer, healthier lives.
