The old MCL Cafeteria on Broad Ripple Avenue at Hillside Avenue [II31 on map] is getting a remodel.

According to Bill French of Cushman & Wakefield, "The building is undergoing a $750,000 remodel and will have Dogtopia taking 75% of the building. Dogtopia does an amazing job and we are excited to have them as a tenant. We will have 2,445 square feet remaining to lease and would love to find a local coffee shop/pastry shop or other business serving the local residents."
