This photo was taken in 1977 looking north on Carrollton Avenue from about 62nd Street. On the left you can see Ed Schock's Toy and Hobby Shop (The Egyptian today), then Broad Ripple Laundry (Broad Ripple Tavern today). Sherwin Williams Paints on Broad Ripple Avenue, where MyEyeDr is now. On the right is a 7-up sign at the Alley Cat, then the post office.
