Random Rippling - Vinyl Shriner at the Mel

Broad Ripple-area band (with various Alley Cat Lounge connections) Vinyl Shriner played at the Melody Inn, 3826 N. Illinois Street, on October 1. The opening band was Bubba Fontaine & The Squid King who played an amazing set of avant-garde noisebox experimental music.
Vinyl Shriner, who has been together since 1995, played 11 great songs included an amazing extended guitar solo on Hoopin' (nice work Tony!).
