Getting legal advice for a nagging problem may seem overwhelming, but the bar association makes it easy and free. Legal Line, a free legal advice call-in service will be Tuesday, May 9 with local attorney answering calls from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at 317-269-2222. Licensed Indianapolis attorneys participating in Legal Line are prepared to answer questions topics like divorce, child custody, child support, landlord/tenant issues, wills, bankruptcy, personal injury, employment law and more. All calls are confidential.
Don't want to wait and comfortable online? An online chat service with support for foreign languages is available every weekday to connect with licensed lawyers for advice; Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at
www.indybar.org. These free community services are provided by the Indianapolis Bar Association, a 144-year-old organization of nearly 5,000 Indianapolis area attorneys, judges, paralegals, and law students.
