Random Rippling - Avenue closed for phase 2

The first portion of Phase 2 of the Broad Ripple Avenue drainage/beautification project is underway. The street closures will change often during this phase. As of press time Broad Ripple Avenue was closed from the alley between Guilford and Carrollton to just east of Guilford. This construction will shift to the west as progress is made.
