Another Broad Ripple businesses meeting was held by the Department of Public Works on April 3, 2023, to explain the changes to the schedule as a result of the previous meeting. This meeting was closed to the press.

The Broad Ripple Village Association (BRVA) issued an email to members stating that Phase 2 of the project, originally Broad Ripple Avenue from Guilford to College, has now been broken into two sub-phases. The first will be from (and including) the Guilford intersection, west to halfway between Guilford and Carrollton. The second will be from College to halfway between Carrollton and Guilford.

Full details will be made public at the BRVA public meeting on April 19th at BRHS at 6 pm.
