According to the Broad Ripple Village Association (BRVA) the second phase of the Broad Ripple Avenue construction, from College to Guilford, should begin around April 4, 2023. This will be a complete closure, similar to the first phase that ran from Guilford to the Monon Trail last fall. A meeting with the Department of Public Works (DPW) is planned for BR business owners on March 20 at 3pm, location TBA. Later, DPW will speak at a public BRVA meeting.
