This one was sent in by Kathy Rosenberg. Kathy (and many others) have noticed the piles of trash and recycling materials on the ground at Broad Ripple Park in the recycling lot off of the Evanston Avenue entrance.

In the past there were multiple causes for problems with the recycling at the park. The bins weren't emptied often enough and residents were dumping items on the ground that didn't fit into bins.
