Random Rippling - Homecoming Parade

The 2022 BRHS Alumni Association Homecoming and Parade was held on September 17. The Homecoming activities were from 11am to 6pm in the back parking lot of the school. The parade started at the school and went east on Broad Ripple Avenue because of the road closures.
The new route sent the parade past the home of Alice Roettger.
From Alice, "The parade will go past my home which can boast of three graduates: my brother, Bill Ashby, class of 1939; my sister, Hazel Ashby, class of 1942; and me, class of 1952. My husband, Dick Roettger, class of 1951, and I sent four daughters to BRHS to be members of the classes of 1977, 1981, 1984 and 1988."
