Global Fest Indy is scheduled for Saturday, September 17, 2022, from Noon to 10 p.m. at 4550 Central Avenue on the grounds of Northwood Christian Church at the intersection of 46th St & Central Avenue. The event is presented by Good Living Indy where attendees can learn about traditions, heritage and cultures through food, music, art and play.
Global Fest features a diversity of music, food and drinks from around the world, including Grupo Bembé (Latin music), Katsumi's Teaching Kitchen (Japan), Bollywood Beats (India), Mambos Cheesesteak Grill (Peru), Indianapolis Chinese Performing Company (China), Gordito's Rust Belt Tacos (Latin), Korean BB&B, Egyptian Mug (International), Canal Bistro (Greek), Richens/Timm Academy of Irish Dance, Boba & Everything (Asian), India Palace, Okinawa Yuyukai Japanese Drummers, Black Leaf Vegan (American) and El Venezolano Cuisine (Venezuela).

https://www.cfi70ptsa.org/kids. There will be air-conditioned room available for nursing mothers and secure parking will be available for Strollers and Bikes.

From their website, "Global Fest strives to keep event attendees, volunteers, and vendors as safe as possible by adhering and enforcing all Marion County Heath Department guidelines for outdoor events as they pertain to the Covid-19 pandemic. Since 2018, Global Fest has been celebrating cultures and community with food, art, music and play. All proceeds from Global Fest Indy will benefit the Center for Inquiry 70, an Indianapolis Public School. IPS 70 would like to thank Northwood Christian Church for opening their grounds to the community for this event.
