This issue's Random Historic photo shows a store we have discussed recently. It was taken during Broad Ripple's Sesquicentennial Parade on Broad Ripple Avenue in 1987. I am not sure, but that looks like Virginia Blankenbaker in the car.
Behind the car is Stewart's Stationers that was at 808 Broad Ripple Avenue [H4 on map]. Today this store's location is two addresses. The west side of it is 806 and is home to Indy CD & Vinyl, the east side of it is 808 and is Landsharks.
