Random Rippling - Red Line rub strips added

IndyGo has added yellow rub strips to the Broad Ripple/College Ave platform [H2 on map] (in front of the Vogue). These strips are to keep the bus from scraping the platform. All Red Line platforms will eventually receive these rub strips.
