The Broad Ripple Village Association (BRVA) held a special Land Use and Development committee meeting via ZOOM on Thursday, June 16, 2022. This was to re-hear the petition we have reported on from the previous meetings to raze three houses on Cornell Avenue and one on Ferguson Street [B5 on map]. An office building and restaurant is planned for the site. At the ZOOM meeting the committee voted to support this proposal.
