In 2021, the Friends of Broad Ripple Park engaged volunteers with our favorite park as we:

• nurtured nature at work in our native pollinator gardens;
• removed 100+ trash bags of invasive garlic mustard from the 10 Acre Woods;
• supported park staff during construction of the exciting new Family Center;
• promoted donations for the Broad Ripple RiverWalk;
• passed out icy popsicle treats to competitors and spectators of the Indiana Tree Climbing Competition;
• supported an Eagle Scout project to build a new split rail fence at the Evanston Avenue entrance;
• bought dog park season passes for two volunteers who tidy up after our furry friends; and
• shared park news and activities with our web site, Facebook page, Instagram album and email newsletters.

We have ideas for similar activities and more as we look forward to 2022 and new possibilities, and we hope you will continue to support Broad Ripple Park and its Friends as you have in the past. Please do so today!
