Random Rippling - A Tour of The Line

The Line Urban Flats has been added to the business directory
www.VirtualBroadRipple.com
The Line opened for leasing in 2020 and offers new views of Broad Ripple and the White River, including the dam that started it all back in 1836. (See
history of BR to read about how building the dam for the canal in the 1830s created the Town of Broad Ripple.)
The Line Urban Flats is two buildings, one north of 64th and one south of 64th between the Monon Trail and Westfield Boulevard. This had long been the site of Rogers Pools.
Nick Bojrab, assistant manager for The Line, took us on a tour that included a one-bedroom model and three common outdoor spaces, available for use by all tenants. The view from the roof-top patios are amazing.
