Help me out here if you can. What is wrong with this picture? I was on a beautiful walk about because I've been cooped up for so long during this pandemic that Tuesday the 9th of March 2021 my wife and I decided to walk the grounds of the Indianapolis Art Center in Broad Ripple. We enjoyed looking at all of the art and sculptures along the trail looking for buds and plants that were peeking through the soil because of the unusually warm weather. We found a few, and then I saw this! Again what is wrong with this picture? As we walked along the paths of the Art Center I saw several of these but this one in particular hit my soul. Again I ask you what is WRONG with this picture? Take care of yourselves and each other by placing these in the proper receptacles so that no one else has to touch your possibly fatal germs!
