5G petition denied

One of the many petitions before the Metropolitan Board of Zoning Appeals in the City-County Building to place 5G communications poles throughout the city was denied on November 24.
Denied petitions can be appealed to the Department of Metropolitan Development committee.

- Request: Variance of development standards of the Consolidated Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance to provide for 47-foot wood poles for small cell wireless communications facilities, with associated equipment and antennas within the right-of-way (only underground utilities permitted after January 1, 1973.).
