Random Rippling - Duck Race winners drawn

The Broad Ripple Village Association (BRVA) held the raffle for the virtual 2020 Broad Ripple Duck Race on November 28th. The winners drawn by Executive Director Colleen Fanning were - 1st ($750 in BR gift cards) Todd Morris, 2nd ($500 in BR gift cards) David Jarvis, and 3rd ($250 in BR gift cards) Linda Elkins.
