BRVA November Zoning meeting

The November public meeting for the Broad Ripple Village Association Land Use and Development committee was held virtually on November 24. There was some error in the meeting attendance request system. Your editor followed the procedure for joining the meeting by requesting a link before the deadline and no link was sent. Therefore, I was unable to observe the meeting. I would recommend a more robust meeting attendance system where residents would know when to expect a link mail, and then would be able to tell that one was not coming, due to some error, and could take action.
Here was the one agenda item for the meeting:
a. 927/929 Westfield Blvd. - John Pantzer, Colby Cline and Sam Vonderau with a preliminary plan and design presentation for this parcel. (6:10-6:30 p.m.)
This property is the old Broad Ripple Steakhouse on the southwest corner of Winthrop Avenue and Westfield Boulevard [G5 on
map].
This project has been presented previously in a more preliminary fashion. It is to replace the Steakhouse building with a system of shipping containers housing restaurants. The following renderings of the project were provided by Design Studio, LLC
